Land Rover 88" - Hard Top Bertram Mills This latest Oxford introduction on the Land Rover takes on the distinctive livery of Bertram Mills Circus. Founded by Bertram Wagstaff Mills, who was born in 1873, the circus soon became a household name. Known as the circus that went by train, perhaps some of the equipment was carried from the railway station to the circus field in a Land Rover similar to our latest model.
